We would ask that you try to give 3 or 4 working days notice when booking a journey, and at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel, by calling us during office hours.
If we are unable to take you for whatever reason we will contact you.
Please be patient and remember that the office staff and drivers are all volunteers giving their time for free to help you.
